Some of your questions answered.
When you compare our low prices with those advertised elsewhere, you may want to ask a few questions.
Here are the answers to the obvious ones:-
How do you keep your prices so low?
We buy direct from America in very large quantities, we buy when the exchange rate is favourable and we minimise our profits to achieve the lowest prices.
Do the prices include all taxes?
The prices quoted are inclusive of all American taxes. The only additional charges are for postage and the credit card surcharge (see below).
What does the free ticket insurance cover?
Full terms and conditions for the FREE insurance can be obtained by contacting us. Kids Eat Free tickets are Not covered by our ticket insurance and are non-refundable.
Are the prices on the website accurate?
The prices on this website are correct as of 11th march 2017. Whilst we endeavour to keep prices on the website accurate and regularly updated we do reserve the right to make changes to the ticket prices at any time. Ticket prices shown should be considered as an 'invitation to treat'.
Are the tickets genuine?
Yes, they are not vouchers, you are able to walk straight into the parks without queuing.
When will I get my order?
We hold large stocks, we dispatch your order without delay once the payment has cleared.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards, switch, delta, solo and cheques. Please note there is a credit card surcharge of 2%. Please allow 10 days for cheques to clear.
Is there an additional charge for postage?
We strongly advise that you use our next day, special delivery option. This service provides insurance, proof of posting and delivery. It costs £6.15 for orders under £1,000 to U.K. addresses, a small price to pay for the security it offers. This service is free for orders over £1,000.
What are the deposit scheme terms?
A non-returnable deposit of £20 per person will secure your tickets, outstanding balances must be paid in full by 10 weeks before your date of travel. Memory Maker tickets and a ticket that includes the Memory Maker ticket must be paid in full by the end of March 2017. Full details of the deposit scheme are available from a ticket adviser.
Tickets that are not available separately
Some tickets on this website are not available for separate purcahse, they are only available when purchased in conjunction with other tickets on the site. Examples of these tickets include: Universal 2 Day 1 Park, Discovery Cove, Legoland and Cirque Du Soliel
Why don't you accept on-line orders?
Our experience shows that many people are over-ambitious in estimating how much they can do during their trip to Florida. This can result in them buying tickets with more days than necessary and regularly results in tickets expiring with unused days remaining. Attraction tickets for your holiday represent a substantial outlay, a short conversation with a ticket adviser can help you choose the tickets that are right for you and ensure you are getting best value for your money.
What are the children's ages?
Three to nine years inclusive, infants are free.
